Chartiers-Houston Community Library Mission:
The Chartiers-Houston Community Library provides library service to all who abide by the rules of the library. It serves this community as a source of materials for educational, cultural, and informational purposes. A community room where local groups may meet is available.
The library participates in the district library center program and is a member of the Washington County System, which provides increased resources. Through Access Pennsylvania , the Chartiers-Houston Community Library secures and utilizes additional material.
The library encourages lifelong learning and enrichment by organizing discussion groups, film forums, art instruction programs, and many other activities.
